8th Annual Orlando Winter 3v3 Challenge at UCF (formerly Apopka Winter 3v3)

entry fee $195 ($165 early entry fee if paid before Dec 10)
up to 6 players on roster. minimum 4 games per team
All Players will receive official tournament T-shirt at check-in Saturday morning.
Awards for first 3 teams in each age division
All U10 and younger get awards.
Entry Fee payment is required before the Application Process is considered complete
First Games 8:00 AM last Games will start at 7:30 PM

East Orange Soccer would like use this day to bring the community together and give back to those in need. On December 19th, EOSC will be a drop off point at the Orlando UCF 3v3 Challenge for the XL106.7 Baby DJ Toy Drive. Bring an unwrapped toy, give a donation. Should you have any questions concerning the Baby DJ Toy Drive, please contact the Director of Events, Dawn Martin at Director.Events@eastorangesoccer.com

COMP vs REC - U9 and older teams must enter as COMP or REC based on the definition in item #10 of the 3v3 FAQ on our web site
Qualifying for Nationals at Disney - The top 4 teams in each Age-Comp/Rec category will qualify for Nationals.
Teams are only ranked for qualifying against teams of the same age and comp/rec level.
Where 1, 2,
or 3 teams are placed with older teams, they will be ranked 1,2,3 in their own
age for purposes of
qualifying
Entries Will be posted below on Saturday Dec 12. Teams are not considered as entered until the Application Process is cmpleted. Entry Fee payment is required before the Application Process is complete.
Entries will be shown in preliminary Groups and Divisions starting on the Sunday before the tournament. Entered teams are encouraged to check the entries and Groups/Divisions below often and provide comments for our scheduler. Only comments received by 10PM Tuesday will be early enough to be considered
Teams in Divisions with combined ages or skill levels who do not feel that the Division is acceptable for their team have the option to withdraw for credit or a full refund if they notify us by 11 PM Monday December 14
When a division with combined age groups or skill level has at least 2 of each age/rec-comp category, there will be separate championships for each category.

Email Communication
Email is our primary method of communication with teams. When the email address you give us is not correct, it makes communication difficult. Please make sure we have your correct email address. We will be posting below is a list of email addresses that bounce when we send emails to teams. If your email address is listed here, please send us a corrected address.

will be posted before 10PM Thursday Dec 17
COMP vs REC - U9 and older teams entering the Rec Division must make sure that they are eligible to play as a Rec Team. The definitions of Comp and Rec are posted in item #10 of the 3v3 FAQ on our web site.
Any U9 or older team that enters in the Rec Division with 1 or more players on the team that are classified as Comp according to the definition will forfeit all games and will be disqualified from the tournament
Teams in Divisions with combined ages or skill levels who do not feel that the Division is acceptable for their team have the option to withdraw for credit or a full refund if they notify us by 11 PM Monday December 14. Divisions with mixed age or skill level will have separate brackets leading to separate Championship Matches for each category of team in the Division as long as there are at least 2 teams of each type
Teams are required to check their listing here to make sure the team is listed correctly
Any team found competing with overage players or any U9 or older team playing Rec with Comp players on their team, or with players who are playing on more than 1 team will forfeit all games. and may be disqualified from the tournament. Entry fee will not be refunded.

Comp/Rec -
U9 and older teams entering as Rec must verify that they are eligible to play in the Rec Division by reading #10 in the 3v3 FAQs
Age Division -
Be sure that your team is registered in the right age division for the 2009/2010 Tour. Put the Birth date of your oldest play in the Age Calculator here U Age Calculator (Teams that are also entering the Kickit Championship in January are reminded that Kickit uses the 2008/2009 age definition. For example, a team that is u9 for the current soccer year would be playing u9 in all of our coming tournaments, but would be u8 for the Kick It Championship)
