U9 and U10 teams -   Small sided games are played differently in different parts of Florida.  In District B-5, where this tournament is being hosted, the offside rule is included.  Both direct and indirect kicks will be called according to the standard FIFA definition, and there are no special restrictions on how far Goal Kicks or Punts by Keepers can travel

AYSO and US Club Soccer Teams -   If your team is planning to register as an AYSO or US Club Soccer team, you do not have to use the FYSA forms.  You can use the forms and player passes provided by your respective Associations.  All forms must have required signatures.

Schedulesschedules will be posted on the web Sunday night August 29 before 10PM.  First games start at 8AM all 3 days. Teams should be prepared to play at 8AM on at least 1 of the three days.  Coaches with more than 1 team should have an assistant coach available to coach.  Even if we are able to keep the teams from conflicts on the official schedule, weather delays may effect different fields and sites in different ways, possibly creating conflicts where there were none before

Weather Policy  We do not stop play just for rain.   If there is dangerous weather, especially the threat of lightning, we will  suspend play until it is safe to resume. While play is suspended everyone is urged to go to a safe place.  Inside a closed car is usually the closest safe place.  Anywhere out on the fields is most vulnerable to lightning .  When the suspension is over teams are to return to the fields for the resumption of play.  There is time built into the schedule to allow for weather delays throughout the tournament.

Clarification for U17-U19 Rosters - We comply with FYSA roster rules for U17-U19 Divisions.  Teams may have up to 22 players on their roster, but only 18 may be active for each game.   Coaches must identify the 18 active players during pre-game check-in.   If any player receives a Red Card, that player must be one of the 18 active players until the suspension has been served.

Schedules are being finalized in preparation for Posting on Sunday August 29

The National Division includes the more experienced teams.

The Continental Division includes teams with less experience

When entries dictate it, the American Division is created with the least experienced teams

When a Division is titled American/Continental  or Continental/National, pool play results will place teams into two separated brackets new!

**Teams which have  not provided the additional information about their most recent league and tournament play are encouraged to do so ASAP**
